  can be described as a state of consciousness somewhere between waking and 
 sleeping\, typically induced by guided meditation. It allows deep relaxatio
 n while maintaining awareness\, and can help with stress\, sleep disorders\
 , and emotional processing. In this practice\, you will experience: \n1. St
 illness - Body fully relaxed. \n2. Mind Quieting - Guided awareness reduces
  mental chatter. \n3. Deep Rest - Body sleeps\, mind stays lightly aware.
