About this Event
Work with psychological trauma very frequently is stigmatized, in particular in people from "traditional" cultures, in particular in men and thus is not dealt with. This is true in particular in people fleeing from violent situations and people who have "inherited" trauma from their environments an/or families. Psychological trauma also leads to physical issues. The aim of this class is to give the underlying principles of psychological trauma and some methodologies for dealing with it.
This is a 5-part series class.
Content warning: Psychological trauma, trauma of people fleeing from violent situations, environments, and/or families.
