About this Event
Beginners as well as more advanced fencers are invited to develop & improve their fencing skills. We will emphasize three things: Safety, Respect and Have Fun. We will do interactive warm ups to support flexibility, strength and cardio health, practice the basics of salute, on guard, advance, retreat, lunge and recover, culminating in practice bouting and a final informal competition.
Please wear loose fitting pants (like sweat pants) and athletic shoes (like tennis shoes). Please do not wear shorts.
This class is a four part series.
