We invite beginning to advanced students to develop/advance their fencing skills. In epee, the entire body is target and is the most realistic of all three fencing weapons. We will do interactive warm ups to support flexibility, strength and cardio health, practice the basics of salute, on guard, advance, retreat and lunge, culminating in practice bouting and a final informal team competition. Fencing is one of the safest sports because we put safety first!

Please wear loose fitting clothes like sweatshirt and pants and athletic shoes like tennis shoes. Please bring a water bottle.

This is a 4-part series class.

Class is open to beginners and advanced fencers. Participants should be able to engage in rigorous physical activity.

Class is limited to 27 participants.
