Station-training Fitness Lessons by Ben Hamar '88

For anybody interested in learning how to set up a strength and aerobic fitness program they can do on their own, at home, with minimal equipment... or for anyone who just wants to get a workout in during Reunions. All experience levels welcome!

Demo and walk-through of 2 upper-body, 2 lower-body, 2 ab/core and 2 whole-body exercises at 8:30. 

Workout starts at 8:45. 1 minute per exercise (done at your own pace) then rotate to next exercise (station). 

Workout ends at 9:30.  Demo and walk-through of Romanian dead-lifts and squats afterward for anyone interested.
