About this Event
What do skydiving, lessons with a professional chef, perfume making, and The Lion King broadway show have in common? They are all opportunities offered to students at Reed by the Gray Fund. The Gray Fund was founded by the generous benefactor and longtime friend of Reed College, Betty Gray, who wanted to ensure that Reed offered stimulating cultural, social and recreational programs that complement the academic program and that bring students, faculty, and staff together to participate in activities outside of the classroom.
Gray Fund events are organized throughout the academic year by the Office for Student Engagement (arts & culture events and excursions) and Athletics, Fitness, and Outdoor Programs (outdoors-focused excursions).
Members of the Foster-Scholz Club are invited to Join us on March 31 at 3 p.m. PT to hear from students who are part of the team that puts on these events.
