Students and faculty from the departments of Dance, Theatre, and Music will unite for the first time in the Performing Arts Building for an exploration of humankind's relationship with the space beyond Earth through sound, light, and movement. Program will include works by Esenvalds, Caroline Shaw, Joep Franssens, Ola Gjeilo, Carl Orff, and will feature a new work by Reed Visiting Assistant Professor Kirsten Volness. The atrium of the Performing Arts Building will be transformed into a visual and aural planetarium. The concert begins at 8:05 p.m. (after sunset).
Admission is free.
