Learn to spin yarn on a top whorl drop spindle. Basic information about animal fibers (from sheep, goats, and alpacas) will be covered, as well as hand spinning and plying on the drop spindle, and how to finish yarns. Class is limited to 10 students who will be provided with wooden top whorl drop spindles and fiber.. Students can keep the drop spindle and fiber after the class.
