Sign up here to Volunteer with SEEDS at Sole Support from 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm on Sunday, 10/5.   We will be route monitors or cheerleaders at the finish line for a Parkinson Walking event.!!! We will also have the event in Clark College in Vancouver WA, it is a good opportunity to check it out.
