Pumping Station: One is Chicago's oldest and largest hackerspace—a member-operated nonprofit workspace that includes an active DIY coffee community and a commercial-class coffee air roaster. Join me as we visit the space, learn about coffee roasting, and even roast our own beans!

Come roast coffee beans with us at 7 p.m. on Monday, October 28 at Pumping Station: One!

You're welcome to order your own green beans to be roasted from a gourmet coffee bean site like Sweet Maria's [link https://www.sweetmarias.com/], but beans will also be available on-site. Everyone will take home at least 1 lb. of fresh roasted coffee.

Group size is limited; only the first 10 people to sign up can attend this time. If it's successful we’ll do it again!

All attendees must be over 18 and sign the PS:1 liability waiver upon arrival.
