In this session, you will be introduced to the Office for Institutional Diversity and how our division fosters the conditions for equitable success for all students through the various opportunities in the Multicultural Resource Center (MRC), Students for Education, Equity, and Direct Service (SEEDS), Office of Educational Development, and the Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL). Through interactive activities and dialogue, we will learn to build an inclusive community at Reed by acknowledging our own preconceived assumptions about others, unpack our own experiences, and authentically engage across differences, in order to build an inclusive community at Reed. This is a required session.
