Join fellow Reed alumni at Andy’s Pizza, at Western Market in Washington, DC, on Saturday, October 4, 5 PM. Andy’s won the award for best traditional cheese pizza at the 2021 International Pizza Expo.

While they offer individual slices, which are not customizable, we can also order whole pies from among their range of favorite pizza toppings, which are completely customizable. Caesar salad and kale salad selections allow you to pretend that this is health food. Vegan options are available (but not gluten-free options).

Note that recent alumni from the last 10 years (2015-2025; Griffins of the Last Decade, or GOLD) will have their meals subsidized, courtesy of the Reed Alumni Office. The space is entirely indoors, so the weather will not be an issue; there is also plenty of overflow seating if needed.

Meet inside right by the entrance to Andy’s Pizza in Western Market, near George Washington University. Cost will be approximately $15-$20 per person, although young alumni graduating within the last 10 years will be subsidized, courtesy of Reed.

There is plenty of street parking available (pay attention to posted signs so that you don’t get a ticket), as well as a parking lot nearby and across the street. Located 2 blocks from the Foggy Bottom Metro Station, on the Yellow, Blue and Orange Lines.
