Do you love a cheese board but never know how to combine the ingredients for the best culinary experience? Or maybe you're not too keen on the health implications of a shared spread? This class will walk you through creating a "perfect bite" of cheese and accoutrements, stand-alone appetizers that are elegant, tasty, and so much easier than deciding who is going to be brave enough to cut open that wheel of brie. I'll introduce types of cheese and the elements that go into making complex but welcoming little morsels.
