Intro to Zen Buddhism Practice We'll do three days in a row of introduction to Zen Buddhism with an emphasis on practice, starting with postures and what to do while meditating. The class will include a few 25 minute back-to-back meditation periods with walking meditation in between. Day 1 will offer some brief background and context and Days 2 & 3 will include brief dharma presentations that explore Ch'an (Zen) writing and poetry from Tang & Song Dynasty China. We'll intersperse Q&A to make sure things make sense.
