Solutions Journalism is reporting that focuses on responses to problems, rather than just the problems themselves. Differentiated from "puff pieces" or "feel-good stories," SoJo combines facts, relevancy, and – critically – hope to create compelling reporting. Led by a Solutions Journalism Network certified trainer, this class will serve as an intro to Solutions Journalism for news consumers and journalists alike.
