Come learn Dragon Staff and Rope Dart, two iconic flow arts props! Rope Dart is a prop originating in Chinese Martial arts, it is a weight on the end of a long rope. Dragon staff is a unique modification of contact staff which is manipulated using the whole body.

Come with a snack, water, and dressed to move. This class will be accessible to beginners, however, there will be something for spinners of all levels. Note: There will not be any fire spinning.

Class is limited to 10 participants.
