Founding Director of Çudamani, I Dewa Putu Berata, Associate Director, Emiko Saraswati Susilo, and Choreographer/Dancer/Teacher, Dewa Ayu Dewi Larassanti discuss and demonstrate Bali’s vibrant artistic creativity. The lecture-demonstration will briefly introduce some of the critical historic moments of innovation in Bali. It will then delve into the deep relationship between spirituality and creativity and also present excerpts of some of Bali’s newest creative works by female choreographers.
