Put on your apron and join Reed Meat Smoke’s master barbeque chefs for a special live-streamed cooking demonstration and class. Your hosts will show you how to grind and stuff pork sausage, share tips and recipes from the Meat Smoke archives, and take your questions about food, barbeque, and Reed-related topics. Tune in at 4 pm for a short presentation about the science of cooking meat, followed by a live demonstration of our sausage-cooking technique. Viewers are invited to cook along with us at home and share your own in-progress projects (meat, vegetarian, or vegan!) during the stream.
