How to Write When You Can't - A Series of Writing Sit-Downs and Exercises

Monday, January 20, 2025 10am to 11am

+ 3 dates

  • Tuesday, January 21, 2025 10am to 11am
  • Wednesday, January 22, 2025 10am to 11am
  • Thursday, January 23, 2025 10am to 11am

Do you write? Like, anything? Like, ever? Or all the time? Or want to write?

Then you may have had a few problems along the way, such as coming up with an idea, trying to nail down a plot, actually writing the story, or figuring out how to edit it.

Come join me as we sit down, talk about the various problems we face when writing anything ever, and try to help each other through it. These classes are meant to be a kind of discussion forum, where anyone can offer advice if they have it (yes, I will be teaching, but I intend to guide it rather than to dominate it). These classes will also have more of an emphasis on how to write creative fiction, as that's what I'm most familiar with, but I encourage those who write outside of the genre to come join us if they want to. Hopefully by the end, we'll have all learned something that we can take whenever we need to put pen to paper. Or, finger to keyboard, I guess.

This class is a 4 part series.
