Dominant narratives about grief within the United States do not prioritize grief processing and ritual. Let’s create a different narrative together, a nest for our grief. We will create space for all forms of grief: political and systemic, climate, anticipatory loss, loss of a relationship or dream, death losses, and many others.

This is a four-week therapy group that may incorporate both verbal and non verbal forms of expression to help create a nest, a space to tend to your grief.
