About this Event
Join a live virtual class on Wednesday, March 10th 5:00-6:30pm (PT) to learn how to turn fresh flowers and foliage into everlasting works of art!
Sign up by clicking here no later than Tuesday, February 23rd at 9am (PT).
In this hands-on class, you’ll learn all about the process of flower pressing. The Assembly PDX facilitator will talk about the best plants to work with, how to prep them for the press, and demonstrate both quick and traditional methods of pressing.
You’ll then spend the remainder of the workshop arranging a composition of pre-pressed dried flowers and foliage on clear tiles to assemble inside a 4"x6" wood frame for display.
No experience necessary and all supplies, equipment, and flowers will be provided.
Space is limited. The lottery drawing will close on Tuesday, 2/23 at 9am (PT), and participants will be notified by the end of the business day on 2/23 if they have been selected. Zoom session details will be provided.
