About this Event
Join the Gray Fund on a trip to Vivienne’s Culinary Books where we’ll make and share a plant- based meal from the Sioux Chef's Indigenous Kitchen cookbook. You'll leave ready to make an inspired and thoughtful meal for your family and friends. Ingredients will include corn, beans, and squash, wild greens, seasonings like juniper and cedar, and nuts and/or seeds. The menu will be dairy and gluten free. Participants will receive a copy of the cookbook.
Gray Fund events are free of charge and open to students, staff, and faculty.

Lottery
