Join Gray Fund and learn how to make your own Italian style hand-made pasta! Participants will be guided through the basic techniques and shapes for filled pasta. End the class by eating your creations as a group. As a final arrivederci, participants will leave with a box of their pasta to cook at home. 

Ingredients for this class are vegetarian, and include eggs and dairy. We may not be able to accommodate every allergy, but please note your dietary restrictions in the lottery sign-up form.
