Gentle Morning Yoga Drop-in Class

This class is fun and easy enough for any level of fitness, but you can still expect to get a whole body workout. We use chairs, weights, and blocks to work on stretching, strength and balance, and always end with relaxation and meditation. Only $10 a session, come join us! Mats are provided.
