The violence in Israel and Palestine has touched us all personally and collectively. The ongoing bombardment, threatened invasion, and humanitarian crisis in Gaza is unconscionable and calls for whatever intervention we can make to bring it to an end. As an intellectual community, we can learn from others and others' experiences.
