Join the Foster-Scholz Club for dinner and Reed’s production of Euripides’s Medea, an evening of theatre. Dinner will feature a special conversation for the Foster-Scholz Club with director Jaclyn Pryor, assistant director of theatre, as well as students from the production.

Friday, November 15, 2019
5 p.m.: Dinner and conversation
7:30 p.m.: Reed Theatre presents Euripides's Medea
8:45 p.m. Open talkback after the production

Location: Performing Arts Building 3rd Floor Atrium and Diver Studio Theatre

In this postmodern retelling of Medea, the ensemble enacts the ritual of performing Medea—walking the thin line between fate and free will. Can Medea be stopped? Can the children be saved? Is there choice in tragedy? Join us for an evening of virtuosic physical theatre, original music, and a little bit of queer magic. The performance features Reed Theatre students under the direction of Jaclyn Pryor, Assistant Professor of Theatre.
