Timber Pizza: executive Chef Dani Moreira (previously of the Michelin-starred Eleven Madison Park in NYC) has been elevating the Timber dining experience since early 2016. Described as "Neapolitan-ish," the individual-sized pies include the Green Monster (pesto, fresh mozzarella, feta cheese, zucchini, and kale); the Ackley (olive oil, provolone, mozzarella, butternut squash, arugula-lemon pesto drizzle, sweet potato fritters and pumpkin seeds); and the Penelope (pesto, fresh mozzarella, bacon, mushrooms and smoked paprika). Delicious add-ons include pumpkin seeds, pepperoni, mushrooms, and slow-roasted pork.
