About this Event
The serene Portland landscape surrounding the Reed campus has been shaped by catastrophic geological events — torrential floods of ice and lava, and eruptions of neighborhood volcanos. The presentation will explore how this geology is visible to us today and how has it shaped the history of Portland and the college.
