Glitter jars are exactly what they sound like: jars full of glitter, water, and glue. They're like snow globes, but the snow is center stage and can be any assortment of color. Not only are they beautiful, they can be great fidget toys, mindfulness tools, and distractions during difficult moments (as a therapy skill, for example, you could use a glitter jar when riding the wave of unwanted urges).
