Are you interested in becoming a tutor for the 2026 - 2027 Academic Year? Tutors support Reedies in a number of ways. If you are curious about tutoring for a specific introductory course, becoming a writing tutor or a drop-in tutor, this session is for you. 

In this session, you will meet with Amaan (Tutor Program Coordinator) and learn about the qualifications for becoming a tutor, the role and responsibilities of the position and tutor training requirements. 

In this session, we will be talking about course-specific individual tutors for Biology, Chemistry, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics and language courses. We will also be talking about becoming a Writing tutor.  

Note: If you are interested in being a drop-in tutor for Math or Computer Science, those positions are hired on behalf of the Office of Academic Support by the Math and Computer Science Departments. Additionally, if you are interested in providing drop-in peer support for Physics or Economics, please check in with those departments for additional information
