My second year of college, I realized I was carrying a lot of stress in my body and it was taking a toll. I wasn't a "fitness" person, but I started doing 5 minutes of stretching every day and my symptoms started to lessen. I've been doing these stretches almost-daily for the past 20 years now and they're saving my bacon!
