The Sexual Health, Advocacy, and Relationship Education (SHARE) Program is a student-driven, trauma-informed program of Reed College. We are committed to cultivating and inspiring a culture on campus that values autonomy, mutual respect, and the full realization of consent, with the goal of fostering a safe and supportive campus. We do so by offering confidential survivor-centered confidential advocacy services; connection to resources on and off campus; harm reduction and bystander intervention education; and resources encouraging healthy sexuality and relationships.
The Night Owls and the Outreach & Advocacy team represent the students under SHARE. Together, we run the sexual health supply program; hold SHARE Lounges and SHARE Bar for special events; are present on weekends for sober, safe support; and are available as conduits of knowledge and resources related to sexual health and survivorship for the Reed campus community.
Seeking support for an experience of nterpersonal violence? Submit a request to meet here. Or, contact the advocate directly, Program Director L. Mattson (response within 48-72 hours)
