The Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) is a resource for Reed faculty and staff members.

The goal of CTL programs is to aid in the development and refinement of teaching at Reed through:

• Support for new faculty in their work as teacher/scholars at Reed;
• Programs that foster productive feedback about all aspects of teaching, including but not limited to lecturing, conference dynamics, syllabus construction, and student assessment;
• Initiatives and the development of strategies to improve teaching through a) the exchange of ideas among faculty and staff and b) the dissemination of best pedagogical approaches.
